Canada: Rolled out through credit-union and bank partnerships (e.g., First West in B.C.) and more recently through a Fiserv–TD relationship to broaden distribution nationally.

Elavon’s roots go back to NOVA Information Systems. It became part of U.S. Bancorp and rebranded as Elavon in 2008. Today it’s one of the world’s largest merchant acquirers serving millions of businesses.

Canada: Dedicated Canadian operation with bilingual support and domestic acquiring for in-person, eCommerce, and mobile payments.

Founded in Montreal in 2003, the company grew via acquisitions, rebranded to Nuvei in 2018, completed a landmark TSX IPO in 2020, and in 2024 agreed to be taken private by Advent International.

Canada: A homegrown processor with headquarters in Montreal and deep domestic presence plus global reach.
